Already at Hagley?
If you are a current Year 11 pupil at Hagley and interested in staying on for Sixth Form, the 10 Stages of Application are as follows:
Attend the Sixth Form Information Evening – 20th October 2016
An opportunity for you and your parents to find out as much as possible about Sixth Form provision at Hagley.
Attend a Careers Interview
A 1:1 meeting with Careers Guidance Interviews (GCI) (All Year 11).
Submit an Application Form
Internal application forms must be submitted by 16th December 2016.
Application forms for internal students are available from Year 11 Tutors or from the Sixth Form Study Centre.
Attend a Meeting with a Member of the Senior Leadership Team
You will be supported by a member of the school’s Senior Leadership Team in considering your options for Post-16 education.
Confirmation of Subject Choices
An opportunity to amend subject choices.
Conditional offers issued by the end of the Spring term.
Publication of the Timetable Blocks
The first opportunity to see if your choices are possible.
Sixth Form Induction Day – 28th June 2017
The first opportunity for the new Sixth Form to come together and listen to detailed talks from each of the Sixth Form teachers, learn about the enrichment programme and amend subject options if necessary.
GCSE Results Day
A personalised letter of advice is issued to every applicant.
All Year 12 students register at school.

New to Hagley?
Hagley Catholic Sixth Form welcomes applications from pupils of other schools and from all denominations and faiths. If you would like to be part of our Sixth Form community, the process of applying is as follows:
Attend the Sixth Form Information Evening - 20th October 2016
All potential applicants are invited to attend the Sixth Form Information Evening on Thursday, 20th October.
Submit and Application Form
Application Forms should be submitted by no later than 3rd February 2017.
Discuss Your Application
Once you have submitted your application form, you will be invited to attend an informal meeting with Mrs. Morris to discuss your choice of subjects, how you will be assessed and monitored, enrichment opportunities and the support available to you as a Sixth Former.
Should your application be successful, you will be sent a Conditional Offer.
Attend the Sixth Form Induction Day - Wednesday 28th June
You are strongly encouraged to attend this fun and informative day which will help support you during your transition from your former school.
GCSE Results Day
To secure your place, you will be asked to contact us with your GCSE results so that we can confirm whether or not you fulfil the entrance criteria and confirm your subject choices.
Arrangements for the start of term will also be explained.
